If we can negotiate better buying prices from our suppliers, then we pass these savings on to our customers so we're always offering the best deal possible. Sometimes though, prices may rise, in which case we'll have to increase our prices too - but if this happens, we try and keep these rises to an absolute minimum

What happens if you see an item cheaper elsewhere?

Just let us know if you see a the same item cheaper and we'll do our best to beat that price! Always remember to make sure that the item you're comparing is identical to the one we're offering - some items look the the same but may be an inferior make. Also make sure you take into account any delivery charges and tax - our prices include Vat

OK You've found a better price

If you're certain that you found a better price than we're offering, then let us know by email or phone. Give us details of when and where you've seen it and we'll check it out. If the offer's genuine and the goods are immediately available from that supplier - we'll do our best to beat it!

If you buy from us and then find the same item cheaper - what then?

If after buying from us, you the find that you could have bought the identical item cheaper from another UK web retailer, we will refund the difference - so you end up paying the lowest price available!

Price Match Terms & Conditions

Naturally, we must attach some terms and conditions to our Price Beater Guarantee but we try and keep these to a minimum - these are listed below
 

PRICE BEATER GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The extent of our guarantee shall not exceed the difference between the actual purchase price paid for the goods and the published price being offered by another bona fide internet retailer -or- a full refund of your purchase price for the goods in question.

Price comparisons must be for identical goods and must include the cost of any delivery and tax. Goods must be available for immediate delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot offer our Price Match Guarantee against goods offered for sale on Ebay or other auction or 'private sale' sites as, in general, when you buy from these sites you will probably not receive the same 'Buyer Protection' as we and most UK retailers offer.

If we can't either beat or match the price, and the goods have not yet been delivered, you may choose to cancel your order and we will refund your full purchase price.

If you have received your goods, then our guarantee shall be restricted to a refund of the difference in prices only.

Claims made under this guarantee must be made within 48 HOURS of placing your order with us.
