We believe we offer the best choice of quality sinks and taps over the internet at very competitive prices throughout the UK only. At present we do not ship to Europe or the rest of the World

Direct Delivery
Many of the items we sell are delivered to you directly from the manufacturers' or main distributor's warehouse using their preferred courier. Certain goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in which case we generally use Parcelforce
Fast & Safe
In every case, you can be assured that we and our our suppliers will use the fastest and safest delivery method possible to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in first class condition

Delivery Charges
We charge a flat fee of £14.95 per order for delivery to the majority of UK mainland addresses. If you want us to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or The Scottish Highlands & Islands, we will charge a supplement dependent on the products ordered and the delivery service required. Please ask for details before placing your order.

Partial Delivery
Sometimes it may be necessary to make partial deliveries, particularly where multiple items are ordered and are being delivered from different suppliers. In this case you will not be charged any extra for delivery.

Delivery Times
Goods will always be despatched as soon as practicable and wherever possible, in accordance with delivery times quoted on this website. However, we can't guarantee an exact time of delivery or day of the week, although we will always do our best to give you information which is as accurate as possible.We only deliver Monday to Friday although in some cases, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional charge
Failed Delivery
Any refused or failed deliveries will incur an additional delivery charge and this must be paid before any further attempts to deliver are made
Parcel Tracking
We will always endeavour to provide you with accurate parcel tracking details wherever possible. However, sometimes we rely on receiving this information from a third party, such as a supplier so in this case, we can only make this information available we we receive it
