Well, for a start, we're actually a business with substance and not just a cleverly designed website! Sinks Direct is part of the Dotshops Group, a Company that's been trading succesfully for over 15 years.

We operate from a 35,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse on the Staffordshire/Cheshire border, we carry huge stocks of many of the products we sell and have first class relationships with all our major suppliers who are just as keen on customer support as we are.

We make it easy to get help and support when you need it

We have a team of dedicated customer support staff who are there to talk to you personally and advise you on your purchase. We know about the products we sell and can offer a huge amount help and advice if you need it. Just give us a call and put us to the test.

Our phones are manned Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm - there's no complicated menu system - you'll get straight through to someone who can help - and we're always happy to take your call!

We try our best to offer the most competetive prices possible but we know we can't always be the cheapest (although we do try very hard!). However, if you do see one of our products cheaper somewhere else, then call us and we'll certainly do our best to beat that price!
